Straight-wall square cake carrier
Unlike curved dome-style cartons, this format uses a square footprint and straight walls to provide predictable clearance around cake boards and decorations. The final board grade and dimensions are selected around the packed product, cake board, decoration height, and carrying weight.
Integrated top carry handle
The locking top panels form a built-in paperboard handle for convenient counter pickup and short-distance carrying. Handle reinforcement, closure fit, and load performance are confirmed during quoting based on the finished box size and packed weight.
Custom materials, printing, and finishes
Choose white paperboard, natural kraft paperboard, or corrugated board according to presentation and strength requirements. Available print configurations include unprinted packaging, full-color CMYK, and CMYK with Pantone color matching. Matte and gloss lamination can be quoted where compatible with the selected board and food-use requirements.
How to measure your cake box
Measure the cake board at its widest points, then add clearance for loading and removal. Measure the finished cake from the board to the highest decoration or topper, and allow space below the handle and locking panels. Because the base, walls, tabs, and handle are structurally connected, the 3D configurator may adjust related dimensions to maintain a valid dieline.

How is this different from a dome cake box?
This carrier has straight side walls and a square footprint, making it better suited to customers who want consistent corner clearance and a conventional upright carton shape. Dome cake boxes use curved panels for a more sculptural presentation.
Can it fit round and square cakes?
Yes. Specify the cake board length and width, total decorated height, and packed weight. Final clearance should be reviewed before production, especially for tall toppers or delicate side decorations.
Is the paperboard suitable for direct food contact?
Food-contact requirements depend on the board, coating, ink, adhesive, grease exposure, and packing conditions. Tell us whether the cake or bakery item will touch the carton directly so the appropriate material construction can be confirmed.
Can the box ship flat?
The dieline is designed as a foldable paperboard structure. Packing method, assembly sequence, and final shipping format are confirmed with the approved sample and production specification.
