How Our Custom Process Works
- Tell us what you need. Share the packaging type, size, quantity, intended use, delivery country, required date, and logo or artwork files.
- Receive your quote. Once we receive the complete project requirements, we normally provide a detailed quotation within two business days.
- Confirm specifications and artwork. We confirm the material, dimensions, printing method, finish, quantity, certification requirements, and production details before providing a digital artwork proof.
- Review a sample when required. Physical or pre-production samples can be arranged before bulk production.
- Production and quality inspection. After approval, the order enters production and is inspected against the confirmed specifications.
- Packing and delivery. We coordinate export packing, international shipping, customs-related shipping documentation, and door-to-door delivery to the confirmed business or residential address.
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities vary by product, material, dimensions, printing method, and finishing process. Selected products are available from approximately 500 pieces, while other packaging products require higher quantities.
Please refer to the relevant product page for its standard MOQ or contact us for confirmation. Custom specifications and specialized printing processes may have different minimum order requirements.
Samples and Artwork Approval
Digital artwork proofs are provided before production. Physical or pre-production samples normally require approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the packaging type, material, printing process, and tooling requirements.
Sample fees, tooling fees, and sample shipping costs must be paid before sample production begins.
For bulk production orders valued above USD $10,000, the sample fee and tooling fee will be refunded after the bulk order is confirmed. Sample shipping costs are not refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Production Time
Typical production takes approximately 2–6 weeks after the artwork and any required samples are approved. The exact schedule depends on the product, quantity, material, printing process, and production complexity.
During peak production periods, production may require an additional 1–3 weeks. We confirm the estimated production schedule before an order moves forward.
International Shipping and Delivery
The following delivery estimates begin after production is complete and do not include production time:
- United States: approximately 4–6 weeks
- Canada: approximately 4–7 weeks
- Europe: approximately 4–5 weeks
- United Kingdom: approximately 4–7 weeks
- Australia: approximately 4–7 weeks
- New Zealand: approximately 4–7 weeks
Standard delivery to the United States is normally arranged by sea freight. Customers with urgent delivery requirements may upgrade, at their own cost, to an expedited ocean service or air freight.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to shipment size, destination, selected transport method, customs clearance, port conditions, and local delivery arrangements.
Door-to-door delivery to business or residential addresses is available.
We serve customers worldwide, with a primary focus on the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Customers in other countries should contact us before ordering so that we can confirm shipping availability, costs, and destination requirements.
Quality Control and Order Responsibility
Skyislets is responsible for coordinating and reviewing every stage of the order. Our quality inspections may include:
- Printing clarity, position, and general color consistency
- Material type, thickness, and surface quality
- Product dimensions and construction
- Finishing, bonding, handles, closures, and other product details
- Order quantity and packing quality
- Outer cartons and export packing condition
Pre-shipment production photos can be provided upon request. Any additional inspection or documentation requirements should be discussed before production begins.
If a potential production issue affects the printing, dimensions, materials, construction, or quantity, our team will review the approved artwork, confirmed specifications, inspection records, and supporting evidence.
When an issue is confirmed as our production responsibility, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution based on the nature and extent of the issue.
Materials and Certifications
FSC-certified materials, FDA-related documentation, and food-contact compliant material options are available for applicable packaging products. Certification availability depends on the selected product, material, factory, and order requirements.
If your business requires specific certification or compliance documents, include those requirements when requesting a quote. All certification requirements must be confirmed before sample or bulk production.
