Thank you for choosing our custom product services. Since all our products are personalized and made-to-order, please carefully read the following policy terms.

Important Notice

Our products are custom-made items and cannot be returned once production begins. However, we do offer refunds under specific circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

  • Product Quality Issues: Received product has obvious manufacturing defects or significantly differs from order description
  • Shipping Damage: Product damaged during transit (unboxing video required as evidence)
  • Our Error: Product specifications, color, or design differs from order due to our mistake
  • Delayed Delivery: Delivery exceeds promised timeframe by more than 30 days (excluding force majeure events)

Refund Application Requirements

To ensure fair policy execution, refund applications must meet the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 7 business days of receiving the product
  • Provide clear product photos or unboxing video
  • Keep product packaging intact (for quality inspection)
  • Complete detailed issue description form

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer change of mind or personal preference dissatisfaction
  • Customer provided incorrect customization information or measurements
  • Normal wear and tear or intentional damage
  • Applications submitted after 7 business day deadline
  • Unable to provide valid purchase proof

Refund Process

  1. Contact Support: Submit refund request through official customer service channels
  2. Provide Evidence: Upload relevant photos, videos, and issue descriptions
  3. Review Process: We will complete review within 3 business days
  4. Processing Result: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

Anti-Abuse Measures

To protect the interests of all customers, we have established the following protective mechanisms:

  • Maximum of 3 refund requests per customer account per year
  • Accounts with frequent refund requests will be flagged and may face purchase restrictions
  • All refund requests are thoroughly documented and reviewed
  • Malicious refund requests may result in permanent account restrictions
