Expedited Shipping Options

Expedited shipping may be available for eligible orders upon request. The following estimated surcharges may apply in addition to the standard product and shipping charges:

Minimum chargeable weight: 12 kg

Estimated Time Saving

Compared with our standard shipping service, expedited shipping can typically shorten the estimated transit time by approximately 10–17 calendar days.

This estimated reduction applies only to the shipping stage. Production time is calculated separately and depends on factors including:

• Product type and quantity
• Product dimensions and materials
• Printing and finishing methods
• Artwork approval timing
• Material availability
• Current factory production schedules

Chargeable Weight and Final Fees

Product weight varies depending on the product type, dimensions, materials, order quantity, accessories and packing method.

The final chargeable weight and expedited shipping fee will be confirmed after we review the complete order specifications. The final fee may differ from the initial estimate.

Partial Expedited Shipping

Where available, customers may choose to expedite either:

• The full order; or
• Part of the order, while the remaining quantity is shipped using our standard shipping method.

Partial expedited shipping is subject to production readiness, packaging arrangements, minimum chargeable weight and carrier availability.

Delivery Limitations

Expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. The final delivery time may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Customs clearance
• Carrier schedules or delays
• Weather conditions
• Local delivery conditions
• Public holidays
• Remote destination surcharges or restrictions
• Other transportation or regulatory disruptions

Urgent Production Requests

If your order has a required delivery date or an urgent production requirement, please contact us as early as possible.

Our production team will make reasonable efforts to coordinate and prioritize urgent orders where production capacity allows. However, expedited production is not guaranteed.

Factors Affecting Urgent Production

The availability of an accelerated production schedule depends on factors including:

• The current factory production schedule
• Product type and order quantity
• Material availability
• Printing and finishing requirements
• Tooling, plate or mold requirements
• Artwork preparation and approval timing
• Quality-control requirements
• Peak production periods and public holidays

When the Timeline Begins

Production and delivery estimates begin only after:

• The final production artwork has been approved;
• All required product specifications have been confirmed;
• Any required payment has been received; and
• Our team has confirmed the production schedule.

Delays in artwork approval, specification confirmation or payment may affect the estimated production and delivery timeline.

Required Delivery Dates

Customers should provide their required delivery date before production begins. We will review the request and provide the earliest realistic estimated timeline based on the available information.

Any accelerated production or shipping schedule must be confirmed by SkyIslets in writing before it is considered accepted.
