  • Free Shipping: On all orders over US $499
  • Standard Flat Rate: For orders under US $499, a flat shipping fee of US $29 applies

2. All-Inclusive Pricing (DDP Service)

We understand that dealing with customs can be a hassle. That's why we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

3. Production & Delivery Timelines

Since our products (packaging, uniforms, displays) are custom-manufactured to your brand specifications, please plan your inventory accordingly.

Production Time: 1 - 4 Weeks

Timeline varies based on product type, customization complexity, and order quantity.

Shipping Time: 2 - 8 Weeks

Orders are shipped via standard ocean freight to maintain cost-effectiveness.

Total Turnaround

We strongly recommend ordering 2-3 months in advance to ensure you never run out of stock.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been manufactured and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that for ocean freight, tracking updates may be infrequent while the vessel is at sea. This is normal. Local tracking (UPS/FedEx/DPD) usually activates once the cargo clears customs in your country.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

To maintain high manufacturing standards at competitive prices, specific custom items may have a Minimum Order Quantity. Please refer to individual product pages for details.
