Shipping policy
At SkyIslets, we help businesses plan custom packaging production and delivery clearly before an order begins. This policy explains how shipping, production timing, freight options, tracking, and minimum order requirements work for our custom packaging orders.
1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer simplified shipping terms for eligible orders so businesses can plan packaging costs more easily.
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over US $499.
- Standard Flat Rate: For eligible orders under US $499, a flat shipping fee of US $49 applies when available at checkout.
Some oversized, unusually heavy, urgent, remote-area, or special-handling orders may require a separate shipping quote. If this applies, our team will confirm the shipping cost before the order moves forward.
2. All-Inclusive International Delivery
For many custom packaging orders, SkyIslets can coordinate door-to-door international delivery to the confirmed business or residential address. We help coordinate export packing, international shipping, customs-related shipping documentation, and local delivery arrangements.
- Primary service areas: United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Other destinations: Customers in other countries should contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping availability, estimated costs, and destination requirements.
- Customs and documentation: Required customs-related shipping documentation is coordinated as part of the shipping process when applicable.
3. Production Time
Most SkyIslets products are custom manufactured to your confirmed specifications. Typical production takes approximately 2-6 weeks after artwork and any required samples are approved.
The exact production schedule depends on the product type, order quantity, material, printing method, finishing process, tooling requirements, and production complexity.
During peak production periods, production may require an additional 1-3 weeks. We confirm the estimated production schedule before an order moves forward.
4. Delivery Estimates After Production
The following estimates begin after production is complete and do not include production time:
- 🇺🇸United States: approximately 4-6 weeks
- 🇨🇦Canada: approximately 4-7 weeks
- 🇪🇺Europe: approximately 4-5 weeks
- 🇬🇧United Kingdom: approximately 4-7 weeks
- 🇦🇺Australia: approximately 4-7 weeks
- 🇳🇿New Zealand: approximately 4-7 weeks
Standard delivery to the United States is normally arranged by sea freight. Customers with urgent delivery requirements may upgrade, at their own cost, to an expedited ocean service or air freight.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to shipment size, destination, selected transport method, customs clearance, port conditions, carrier capacity, and local delivery arrangements.
5. Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping may be available for eligible orders upon request.
- 🇺🇸 United States: additional expedited shipping fee of approximately USD $9 per kg
- 🇪🇺 Europe: additional expedited shipping fee of approximately USD $7.50 per kg
- Minimum chargeable weight: 12 kg
Compared with our standard shipping service, expedited shipping can typically shorten the estimated transit time by approximately 10–17 calendar days.
Please note that this estimated reduction applies to the shipping stage only. Production time is calculated separately and depends on the product type, quantity, material, printing method, artwork approval, and factory schedule.
Product weight varies according to the product type, dimensions, material, quantity, accessories, and packing method. The final chargeable weight and expedited shipping fee will be confirmed after we review the complete order specifications.
Where available, customers may choose to expedite either the full order or only part of the order, while the remaining quantity is shipped using our standard shipping method.
Expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Customs clearance, carrier schedules, weather, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery time.
Please contact us before placing or finalizing your order if expedited shipping is required. We will confirm availability, estimated chargeable weight, additional fees, and the earliest estimated delivery window.
6. Urgent Production Requests
If an order has a specific required date or an urgent delivery requirement, please contact us as early as possible.
Our production team will make reasonable efforts to coordinate and prioritize urgent orders where capacity allows. However, expedited production is not guaranteed and depends on factors including:
- The current factory production schedule
- Product type and order quantity
- Material availability
- Printing and finishing requirements
- Tooling or mold requirements
- Artwork approval timing
- Peak production periods
Production and delivery estimates begin only after the final production artwork and any required specifications have been approved.
Customers should provide their required delivery date before production begins. We will review the request and provide the earliest realistic estimated timeline. Any accelerated schedule must be confirmed by our team in writing before it is considered accepted.
7. Samples and Pre-Production Timing
Physical or pre-production samples normally require approximately 7-14 business days, depending on the packaging type, material, printing process, and tooling requirements.
Sample fees, tooling fees, and sample shipping costs must be paid before sample production begins. For bulk production orders valued above USD $10,000, the sample fee and tooling fee will be refunded after the bulk order is confirmed. Sample shipping costs are not refundable and remain the customer's responsibility.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been manufactured and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information.
For ocean freight, tracking updates may be limited while the shipment is at sea. Local tracking usually becomes more detailed after the cargo clears customs and is transferred to the local delivery carrier.
9. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order quantities vary by product, material, dimensions, printing method, and finishing process. Selected products are available from approximately 500 pieces, while other packaging products require higher quantities.
Please refer to the relevant product page for its standard MOQ or contact us for confirmation. Custom specifications and specialized printing processes may have different minimum order requirements.
