Description

Custom reverse tuck end boxes are folding cartons with top and bottom tuck flaps that close from opposite directions. The structure ships flat, assembles efficiently, and gives cosmetics, supplements, candles, soaps, and compact retail products a clean, printable presentation. Enter your finished box dimensions on this page to update the 3D preview, then choose the material, printing, and finish that fit your product.

Best uses for reverse tuck end cartons

Reverse tuck end cartons work well for lightweight to medium-weight products that need a polished secondary package. Common applications include skincare bottles and jars, vitamin and supplement bottles, candles, soaps, small electronics, accessories, and other shelf-ready goods. The front, back, and side panels provide room for brand graphics, product information, barcodes, and required copy. For unusually heavy, fragile, or direct-food-contact products, include the product details in your quote request so we can recommend a suitable board and structure.

Materials, printing, and finishes
  • White paperboard: a smooth, bright base for crisp graphics and color.
  • Natural kraft paperboard: a warm, uncoated appearance for an understated, material-forward look.
  • Corrugated board: added structure for products that need more protection than a standard folding carton.

Choose no printing, full-color CMYK, or CMYK with Pantone color matching. Surface options include no lamination, matte lamination, and gloss lamination. Gold foil stamping, embossing or debossing, and spot UV can also be requested when they suit the artwork and material.

Ordering and production
  • Minimum order: 500 boxes.
  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 weeks.

What makes this different from a straight tuck end box?

On a reverse tuck end box, the top and bottom tuck flaps close in opposite directions. On a straight tuck end box, both tuck flaps close toward the same side. The reverse tuck format is a practical, widely used folding-carton structure for many compact retail products.

Can the box be made to a custom size?

Yes. Enter the finished length, width, and height in the configurator to update the 3D model. The submitted dimensions are included with the quote request.

Can I download the dieline before ordering?

Yes. The dieline is free to download from this page, so your team can prepare artwork before production pricing is finalized.
