The rear panel and lid form one connected structure, so the cover flips open without being separated from the base. Side flaps and locking tabs help shape the carton and support quick assembly for bakery counters, catering preparation, and retail presentation.
Solid panels for protection and branding
This version has no display window, giving the top and side panels uninterrupted coverage for printed artwork and helping shield the contents from handling and light. The broad exterior surfaces can carry bakery logos, product messaging, patterns, and handling information.
Custom materials, printing, and finishes
Choose white paperboard, natural kraft paperboard, or corrugated board according to presentation and strength requirements. Available print configurations include unprinted packaging, full-color CMYK, and CMYK with Pantone color matching. Matte and gloss lamination can be quoted where compatible with the selected board and food-use requirements.
How to specify the correct size
Measure the cake board at its widest points, the finished decorated cake height, and the clearance needed for loading and lid closure. Allow space around icing, toppers, and side decorations. Because the base, walls, lid, side flaps, and locking tabs are structurally connected, the 3D configurator may adjust related dimensions to maintain a valid dieline.

How is this different from the clear-window hinged-lid cake box?
This version uses solid paperboard across the lid and does not include a transparent display panel. It provides more uninterrupted print area and keeps the contents concealed until the lid is opened.
Can it package round and square cakes?
Yes. Specify the cake board length and width, total decorated height, loading clearance, and packed weight. Final fit should be confirmed with a sample before production.
Does the lid detach from the base?
No. The lid is connected to the rear panel and flips open as part of the same folding carton.
Is the carton suitable for direct food contact?
Food-contact suitability depends on board, coating, ink, adhesive, grease exposure, and packing conditions. Tell us whether the product will touch the carton directly so the appropriate material construction can be confirmed.
