FAQ

Common packaging questions

Quick answers about customization, artwork, MOQ, proofing, and production.

What custom packaging products can be customized?

Most SkyIslets packaging products can be customized with logo artwork, print placement, materials, sizes, and production-ready proofing before manufacturing. Use the product page options when available, or request a quote for a custom configuration.

What MOQ and production time should I expect?

MOQ and timing depend on the product, material, size, printing method, and quantity. Product pages show available MOQ where configured, and we confirm production timing with your quote.

Will SkyIslets send a proof before production?

Yes. Orders receive production proofing before manufacturing so artwork, placement, size, and print-readiness can be checked before production starts.

What artwork file should I send?

Vector artwork is best, such as AI, PDF, or SVG. If your file is not production-ready, send what you have and our team will review it before confirming the order.
